
Customer Value Management Executive

This Customer Value Management Executive will be responsible for increasing customer lifetime value through seamless care projects across the customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will analyze and identify churn drivers, develop and perform action plans, and lead digital transformation to build an always-on marketing structure.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking skills, is able to work under high pressure, and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish. This role requires the ability to work independently and make business analysis with finance and other parties.
Responsibilities- Increase customer lifetime value through seamless care projects.
- Analyze and identify churn drivers.
- Develop and perform action plans.
- Lead digital transformation to build an always-on marketing structure.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, Economics, MIS, statistics; master's degree is a plus.
- New graduate or up to 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, or Product departments.
- Good understanding of business modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
