Channel Performance Director

Drive innovation and excellence in our distributor network as a Channel Performance Director. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize channel performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance indirect channel performance through strategic leadership and data-driven insights.
- Develop and execute training programs to improve distributor capabilities and ensure compliance.
- Oversee inventory management and financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Assess and manage distributor relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
- Measure and enhance distributor satisfaction, addressing concerns and fostering growth.
- Analyze market intelligence and performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in performance management, market intelligence, or financial analysis, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in distributor/channel operations and strategic decision-making.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner effectively across teams and geographies.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing processes for performance evaluation.
- Experience leading diverse, global teams with the ability to adapt to complex and changing environments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
