
Channel Sales Director

This Sales Leadership role will oversee the sales and distribution efforts in the region, driving business growth and expanding our market share. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility among customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your experience in sales and negotiation techniques to drive business development and expansion in the region.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility among customers.
- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Distributor Agreements:
- Apply distributor agreements and terms of trade effectively.
- Communicate and coordinate with distributors to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor compliance of distributors & operations with B-F standards and legal processes.
- Create distributor orders and manage distributor product purchase targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable sales experience from a global FMCG company.
- Fluent in English and Turkish speaking and writing.
- Driver license.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the market.
- People management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in distributor management experience.
