One of our growth strategies is to distribute our technology through a network of trusted partners, including MSPs and resellers. As we expand across Turkey, we're looking for an experienced Channel Sales Executive to develop and support our distributor network and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and onboard new MSP and reseller partners, expanding the channel network and increasing adoption of our solutions.
  2. Work closely with local distributors to train and support them in pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring they can effectively promote our product.
  3. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to maximize revenue and support distributors in generating sales.
  4. Support the rollout of our Pay-as-You-Go distribution model, enabling partners to aggregate smaller MSPs and scale revenue.
  5. Collaborate with solutions architects to ensure distributors and partners receive the necessary technical support and guidance.
  6. Help distributors leverage marketing development funds (MDF) and co-financed resources to drive awareness and sales.
Essential Skills and Requirements
  1. Proven experience in channel sales, specifically working with IT vendors that sell through Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  2. Strong network and relationships within the IT distribution and MSP ecosystem, with the ability to develop and support distributor and MSP relationships to drive business growth.
  3. Self-motivated, sales-driven, and relationship-oriented, with a strategic approach to growing the channel.
  4. A willingness to travel and attend industry events in order to represent BotGuard and generate leads while staying ahead of market trends.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  6. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
