
Channel Development Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student from a reputable university preferably in Business Economics Communications or Engineering to join our team as a Trade Marketing Management Trainee.
The successful candidate will assist in designing and executing incentive plans for trade channels targeting the Off-Trade and Modern Off Trade sectors. They will also develop and evaluate trade promotions for brands regions and customers focusing on achieving strong ROI through pre and post-promotion analysis.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in designing and executing incentive plans for trade channels targeting the Off-Trade and Modern Off Trade sectors.
- Develop and evaluate trade promotions for brands regions and customers focusing on achieving strong ROI through pre and post-promotion analysis.
- Regularly update and share reports of trade incentives and activities with the sales team and management via the Bluepass Reporting System.
- Manage and report off-trade spending and activity budgets ensuring timely coordination with the SPD budget.
- Contribute to the planning and follow-up of the yearly activity calendar in collaboration with Brand teams and Off-Trade Business Development.

Requirements:- Education A recent graduate or final-year student from a reputable university preferably in Business Economics Communications or Engineering.
- Work Experience 0-2 years of experience in trade marketing and/or marketing.

- Proactive analytical and good at conflict management.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Flexible working hours and ability to travel as required.
- Strong commercial acumen with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to make basic profit and loss and ROI calculations.
- Strong planning coordination and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on in-depth analysis.
- Personal Attributes Result-oriented entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
- Excellent at problem-solving and adapting to changing environments.
