Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Channel BD Manager to join our growing team in Turkey.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing partnerships with banks and local/regional payment service providers (PSPs) in Turkey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payment aggregation, e-money, or banking, with a strong drive for digital transformation and the use of technology to simplify business processes.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations and ensuring seamless onboarding for vendors.

To succeed, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in basic technical conversations and influence cross-functional teams.

This position requires project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implementation plans across the partnership life cycle for assigned portfolio of banks or PSPs.
  • Define metrics for monitoring performance and effectiveness of existing partnerships.
  • Map and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Negotiate commercials and terms of agreement with support from legal and finance teams.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Product, and Operations.
  • Work closely with Banking Solutions/Payment Channel Teams to identify market opportunities.
