MSP Channel Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced Channel Sales Executive to develop and support our distributor network and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in channel sales, particularly working with IT vendors that sell through Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
This role involves expanding our channel network, collaborating with local distributors, and developing revenue growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and support distributors in generating sales.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and onboard new MSP and reseller partners to expand our channel network and increase adoption of our solutions.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to distributors, including training and technical guidance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue growth targets.
This role offers a total compensation split of 70% basic plus 30% variable based on measurable deliverables.
