Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing regional sales strategies, achieving volume and price targets, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • This role requires strong market knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to collect and analyze market information to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans for charged markets, including development and negotiation plans.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers, respond to their needs in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and increase market share through strict adherence to sales SOPs and company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of working experience in the food additive industry.
  • Fluent in English, with multilingual knowledge preferred.
  • Reliable and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
