About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and consultative seller with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Partner Account Manager.

You will be responsible for working with key Cisco partners in Türkiye across various architectures, including applications, collaboration, data center, cloud, security, and enterprise network solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of channel dynamics and the ability to develop trusted partner relationships from working level to executive level.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience combined with a deep understanding of channel dynamics.
  • SUCCESS IN ACHIEVING AND EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS.
  • Mastery in developing trusted partner relationships.
  • BUSINESS MATURITY, FLEXIBILITY, AND THE INSTINCTS TO ADAPT TO A HIGH-ENERGY, DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT CHARACTERIZED BY INNOVATION AND HIGH GROWTH EXPECTATIONS.
  • EXCELLENT WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITHIN TEAMS ACROSS EMEA AND GLOBALLY.
