Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities. This includes setting individual and team sales goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as necessary.

The candidate will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions with the company's cleaning equipment.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and prepare regular sales performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Developing an in-depth understanding of the company's cleaning equipment and services to effectively promote their benefits is essential for this role, as well as working closely with the technical and service teams to address customer inquiries or issues.
