Your Role

You will be responsible for leading our cargo operations in Turkey, ensuring the delivery of top-tier services to our airline clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage our cargo team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Sales: Drive business development efforts to increase air cargo tonnage and revenue, consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals.
  • Call Centre Management: Lead a team of call center agents responsible for reservations and customer services within our airline portfolio.
  • Sales Calls: Plan and execute high-standard sales calls, ensuring thorough preparation and clear agendas and objectives.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize sales from current airline customers and identify new opportunities to expand our contracted airline portfolio for cargo.

You will be working closely with peers, management, and clients to maintain effective communication and complete reports as per management's processes.

Your Qualifications and Experiences

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a cargo sales or product role for an airline or airline GSA.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Turkish (spoken and written).
  • Full driving license.
  • Desirable: Experience selling air cargo or logistics solutions to customers and managing a team in the air cargo or logistics field.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting demands in a high-pressure environment.
