Swissotel Hotels & Resorts invites applications for the role of Convention & Events Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on driving revenue growth through the sale of meetings with accommodation and social functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting sales calls to prospect clients, handling site inspections at our hotels, and issuing banquet event orders to ensure seamless event execution.

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Tourism Management
  • Experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in a 5-star hotel setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business
  • Prioritizes tasks, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and meets deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and able to think creatively, responding positively to new challenges and situations
