**Job Description:**

We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  2. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  4. Negotiate agreements and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  5. Report sales activities and performance metrics in Microsoft CRM-System.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving attitude, ability to work under time pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
