Strategic Business Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary
">Draft and update engagement letters to meet client needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with partners/attorneys to ensure seamless communication with clients.
Coordinate team efforts to maintain a smooth proposal process.
Develop and update CVs to align with proposal requirements.
Conduct research and conflict checks to support proposal success.
Manage CRM systems to track proposals and client interactions.
Evaluate and refine firm brochures and materials for consistency.
Safeguard the proposal process in the absence of the Business Development Manager.
Verify proposal format compliance with receiving department standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
5 years of experience in business development and the legal sector.
Expertise in client management and business development processes.
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools.
