About this Opportunity:

As a seasoned sales trainer, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive telesales training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the market. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement tailored telesales training programs that align with our edtech product offerings and customer requirements.
  2. Create customized coaching plans for new team members, emphasizing regular check-ins and constructive feedback to accelerate their performance.
  3. Closely collaborate with Sales Leaders to integrate sales process orientation, resource allocation, and skill enhancement initiatives.
  4. Design and lead engaging workshops and sessions to foster continuous learning among sales representatives at all levels.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions through careful observation, structured feedback collection, and thorough data analysis.
  6. Nurture partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive collective success.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices through targeted professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in telesales training (Telesales/Telemarketing) with a strong track record.
  • A background in edtech, education, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Fluent proficiency in both Turkish and English is required.
