Müşterilerimize, kazançlı filo çözümleri sunarak, bireysel, ekip ve şirket hedeflerini her anlamda karşılamak veya bunların ötesine geçmek.
Kapsamlı bir şekilde araştırılmış ve güçlü bir müşteri adayı veri tabanı geliştirme konusunda Satış Müdürüne/Müdür Yardımcısına destek olmak.
Müşteri adayları ve müşterilerin düzenli olarak ziyaret edilmesiyle birlikte, müşteri ve müşteri adayları ile telefon görüşmeleri yapmak.
Fiyatlandırma yaklaşımımızı kapsamakla birlikte, müşteri adaylarını müşteriye başarılı bir şekilde dönüştürmek amacıyla stratejiler geliştirmek.
Müşteri adaylarımıza önerilen tüm çözümlerin, kar esasları dahilinde olmasını ve sunabileceğimiz ürün ve hizmetler ile uyumlu olmasını sağlamak.
Filo yönetimlerini en iyi hale getirmek amacıyla, müşteri adayları için güvenilir bir danışman olarak hareket etmek ve fırsatları öne çıkarmak.
Müşteri ilişkilerini etkin bir şekilde yönetmek ve müşteri adayının işleri/organizasyonu hakkında tam bilgi geliştirmek.
Satış sürecinde veya şirket içi amaçlar konusunda gerek duyulan analizleri/raporları hazırlamak.
Müşteri adayları için sunumlar hazırlamak ve yüksek kaliteli teklifler hazırlamak.
Usulüne uygun olarak imzalanmış belgeleri makul bir süre içerisinde geri almak amacıyla, müşteri adaylarına gönderilen anlaşmaların yakın takibini yapmak.
Kredi onaylarını başlatmak.
Müşteri adaylarını, talepleri ve soruları konusunda bilgilendirmek.
Yeni müşterileri sorunsuz bir şekilde yönetmek amacıyla Portföy Yönetimi ekibi ile yakın bir şekilde çalışmak.
Sürekli olarak, belirli sektör değişiklikleri ve pazar gelişmeleriyle güncel kalmaya gayret etmek, bunları paylaşmak ve mümkün olan yerlerde müşterilerimizin ve şirketimizin faydalanması amacıyla bunları kullanmak.
Gerekli olduğunda tüm özel projelere dahil olmak.
İçinde bulunduğu süreçlerin gerektirdiği sorumluluklar kapsamında süreç iyileştirme aksiyonlarını yerine getirmek ve süreç hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek.
- Yeni müşterinin kazanımı ve 1 yıl boyunca müşteri ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması.
- Yeni müşterinin 1 yıl yönetimi, 1 yıl sonra farmer ekibe devir.
- İletişim kuvvetli, portföy getirmesi önemlidir.
- Satış iştahının olması.
- 5 yıl sektör deneyimi.
