Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in designing and executing incentive plans for trade channels targeting the Off-Trade and Modern Off Trade sectors. They will also develop and evaluate trade promotions for brands regions and customers focusing on achieving strong ROI through pre and post-promotion analysis.

Additionally they will regularly update and share reports of trade incentives and activities with the sales team and management via the Bluepass Reporting System. They will also manage and report off-trade spending and activity budgets ensuring timely coordination with the SPD budget.

Main Challenges:

The Trade Marketing Management Trainee will face challenges such as analyzing business performance and making recommendations for improvement. They will also need to collaborate with sales marketing and purchasing teams to create and deliver in-store display units POSM materials sales team outfits and other marketing assets for the Off-Trade and MOT channels.

They will conduct field visits with supervisors and sales representatives to observe in-store execution identify improvement areas and monitor the effectiveness of trade promotions. They will also control and manage the invoicing and e-flow processes related to Off-Trade and MOT channel agreements.

About You:

We are looking for a recent graduate or final-year student from a reputable university preferably in Business Economics Communications or Engineering to join our team as a Trade Marketing Management Trainee. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in trade marketing and/or marketing.

    • Proactive analytical and good at conflict management.
    • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
    • Flexible working hours and ability to travel as required.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a sales-driven mindset.
    • Ability to make basic profit and loss and ROI calculations.
    • Strong planning coordination and organizational skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on in-depth analysis.
