Job Description

We are currently seeking a seasoned Key Account Development Professional to join our growing sales team. As a Key Account Development Professional, your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their long-term success with our shipping management software.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in sales development, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment within a SaaS company or e-commerce industry. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also required. Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the specific needs and challenges of each client and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Solution Selling: Offer customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM systems.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
