**Job Requirements**

We are seeking a Business Partner who can lead all business development, sales, and recruitment activities for assigned sectors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Recruitment, with at least 4-5 years of experience in IT Outsourcing sales and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Managing business development, sales, and recruitment activities for assigned sectors and clients.
  2. Finalizing all steps of the Business Development and Sales process (prospective meetings, analyses, proposals, and closing).
  3. Conducting pre-sales needs analysis with potential clients through online, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
  4. Closing collaboration with client management and sales support teams, preparing solution proposals, and conducting presentations.
  5. Interviewing, assessing, and onboarding new technical members to your business unit.
  6. Creating and managing sustainable, growing, and profitable financial results.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in IT Outsourcing sales and solutions.
  • Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Recruitment.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales and People/Project Management.
  • Advanced client management and solution-oriented approach.
  • High persuasion skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).
  • Team-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills.
