About the Role:
As an Account Executive in Turkey, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and collaborating with regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Identify customer needs, connect them with Genesys solutions, and close sales.
- Collaboration: Work with partners, peers, and colleagues to enhance sales capabilities.
- New Lead Development: Develop new opportunities with support from Marketing.
- Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships within prospect and customer accounts.
- Innovation: Bring new ideas to the team and customers.
- Customer Success: Help partners and customers maximize their ROI with Genesys.
Requirements:
- CX Passionate: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales Background: 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Cloud Sales experience with proven success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills in Turkish and English.
- Collaborative Mindset: Can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills.
