Channel Sales Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel program, driving growth and revenue targets. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing partner performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Channel Strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets, identifying new opportunities for channel expansion and improvement.
  • Partner Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance partner engagement, drive additional revenue, and improve overall partner satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular feedback and actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Channel Sales Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing channel partner programs, including recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Driven Focus: A results-driven approach, focusing on meeting and exceeding channel sales targets while driving growth and revenue.
