ISITEC International is a French group specializing in intralogistics optimization for large corporations, postal operators, administrations, and logistics companies.
We deliver turnkey solutions combining mechanics, automation, electronics, robotics, and software intelligence.
Our flagship products include AGV/AMR robots, pick-to-light systems, and smart sorters.
The successful candidate will drive business development in Turkey by identifying new customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating profitable deals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers in logistics, postal, robotics, and industrial sectors
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals with a focus on margin
- Prepare competitive offers balancing cost efficiency and customer value
- Follow up on leads and opportunities until successful closing
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Ensure client satisfaction and anticipate future needs
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
- Report regularly on pipeline, forecasts, and results to management
Your Profile:
- University degree in technical or business fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales (logistics, postal, robotics, industrial sectors)
- Proven ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong result-oriented mindset with a focus on margin and profitability
- Fluent in professional English
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Valid driver's license, willing to travel across Turkey
- Must reside on the European side of Istanbul
