Job Description

  • Satış Sonrası Hizmetler bölümünün ve ekiplerinin yönetiminden sorumlu olarak;
  • Satış sonrası ve yedek parça hizmetlerinin ve ekibinin yönetimi gerçekleştirmek,
  • Servis ve yedek parça cirolarının arttırılmasına yönelik stratejileri belirlemek ve yönetmek, etkin ve verimli müşteri ziyaretleri organize etmek ve gerçekleştirmek,
  • Müşterilere, teknik servislere ve ekiplere teknik eğitimler düzenlemek,
  • Üretici firmaların düzenlemiş olduğu tanıtım ve eğitim faaliyetlerine katılım sağlamak ve/veya ekibinin katılımını organize etmek,
  • Merkez servis ve bölgelerdeki yetkili servislerin yönetimini, denetimini ve koordinasyonunu gerçekleştirmek,
  • Bölüm ve ekipleri için KPI'lar tanımlayarak, analiz etmek ve değerlendirmek,
  • Bütçe planlaması ve raporlaması yapmak,
  • Yedek parça satış hedeflerini belirlemek ve gerçekleştirilmesini sağlamak, yedek parça satışlarını yönetmek,
  • Müşteri bakım anlaşmalarını gerçekleştirmek ve yönetmek, arttırmaya yönelik projeler ve kampanyalar geliştirmek,
  • Stok takibi ve yönetiminin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlamak,
  • Satış Sonrası garanti süreçlerini yönetmek.

The Successful Applicant

  • Üniversitelerin Makine, Mekatronik, Elektrik, Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun,
  • Tercihen iş makineleri ve/veya otomotiv sektöründe en az 5 yıllık yöneticilik deneyimine sahip,
  • Satış sonrası hizmetler, yedek parça ve garanti süreçlerinin yönetiminde deneyimli,
  • Eş zamanlı ve farklı lokasyonlarda teknik servis ağı yönetimi konusunda tecrübe sahibi,
  • Ekip yönetimi ve koordinasyonu konusunda tecrübeli, liderlik vasıflarına sahip,
  • Bütçe planlarını ve KPI'ları hazırlayabilecek, raporlama becerileri gelişmiş,
  • İletişim ve ilişki geliştirme becerilerine sahip, dinamik ve zamanı etkin yönetebilen, problem çözme becerilerine güvenen,
  • Müşteri odaklı çalışma anlayışını benimsemiş, müşteri memnuniyeti ölçümü ve analizlerini gerçekleştirebilecek, müşteri memnuniyetini arttırmaya yönelik projeler üretebilecek,
  • İleri seviyede yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce bilgisine sahip, tercihen ikinci dil olarak İtalyanca bilen,
  • Yurtiçi ve yurtdışı seyahat engeli olmayan,
  • İstanbul Anadolu Yakasında ikamet eden/edebilecek.
