Ne Bekliyoruz?- Üniversitelerin 4 yıllık örgün öğretim bölümlerinden mezun olmanı,
- Satış tarafında minimum 5 yıl tecrübeli olmanı,
- Hem satış hem de müşteri yönetimi konularında bilgili ve tecrübeli olmanı,
- Tercihen Kurumsal Müşteri Yönetimi ve Bilişim/Telekomünikasyon tecrübesine sahip olmanı,
- Çok iyi derecede MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, vb. programlarını kullanabilmeni,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilmeni,
- Hızlı öğrenip, kendini geliştirmeye açık ve istekli olmanı,
- İletişim ve ikna kabiliyetinin yüksek olmasını,
- Takip ve yönlendirme kabiliyetinin yüksek olmasını,
- Müşteri memnuniyetini odağına almanı.
- Büyük Ölçekli Kurumsal Müşteriler (Major Accounts) ile olan ilişkileri yönetir ve yeni iş fırsatlarını geliştirir,
- Çapraz satış ve yukarı satış fırsatları için gerekli olan aksiyonları geliştirir, uygular ve yönetir,
- Müşteri memnuniyetinin koordinasyonu ve garanti altına alınmasını sağlar,
- Sabit ve mobil ürün, servis ve çözümleri müşterilerde konumlandırır,
- Büyük Ölçekli Müşteriler için müşteri yönetim planlarını geliştirir ve bu planları yönetir,
- Telekomünikasyon ve IT sektöründeki rekabet ve trendleri yakından takip eder,
- Belirlenen ve önerilen fırsatların öngörülerini analiz eder,
- Yıllık, çeyrek bazlı başarı kriterleri doğrultusunda gelir, aktivasyon, müşteri bağlılığı, müşteri memnuniyeti, ürün ve proje hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlar,
- Müşteri ziyaret hedeflerini gerçekleştirir ve satışa dönüştürür,
- Müşteri süreçlerinin ve ihtiyaçlarının öğrenilmesi, ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi, uygun ürünlerin doğru zamanlarda konumlandırılması ve uzun vadeli müşteri yönetiminin sürdürülmesini sağlar,
- Kurumsal satış bölümünün strateji ve vizyonunun takibini yapar ve bu vizyon ile paralel olarak gerekli eylemleri uygular,
- Turkcell ve grup şirketleri içinde yürütülen ilgili tüm işlerin koordinasyonunu sağlar ve gerekli iletişimi yapar.
