Job Responsibilities- Lead digital transformation to build an always-on marketing structure through data-driven and contextual approaches.
- Analyze and identify churn drivers by interpreting insights from models, exit surveys, disconnection trends, customer activity, debt collection performance, customer complaints, NPS, and incorporate all into action plans.
- Plan and execute e2e digitalization and automation of CVM actions.
- Develop and perform action plans and related activities (retention, upsell, x-sell) for the delivery of churn and disconnection targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, Economics, MIS, statistics; master's degree is a plus.
- New graduate or up to 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, or Product departments.
- Good understanding of business modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
