
Partner Growth Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Partner Success Team at Insider.
This role involves building relationships with our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform, and driving growth through adoption and retention.
You'll work closely with our Account Directors and other Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We're not just looking for anyone - we want someone who is passionate about delivering results, has excellent communication skills, and is able to navigate complex customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or a similar industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with customers and driving adoption and retention,
- Collaborating with Account Directors and other Customer Success Managers to deliver customer success initiatives,
- Developing and executing plans to drive customer value and loyalty,
- Identifying and addressing customer pain points and areas for improvement,
- Providing expert guidance and support to customers on our platform and its features.
