This is a high-visibility position where you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of distributors. As a key leader in one of the world's most dynamic markets, you will represent iconic brands under the Brown-Forman portfolio and drive strategic growth across İstanbul.

This role involves driving sales and distribution activities, focusing on brand building and increasing brand awareness among customers. You will work closely with and support the OT Channel Sales Manager in achieving company objectives.

Core Responsibilities On-Trade:

  • Develops and implements overall OT sales strategies and guides teams of B-F business partners in their application.
  • Conducts point-of-sale visits according to sales steps and company standards, following approved routes.
  • Makes commercial visits to OT sales points; establishes and maintains business partnerships with visited points.
  • Supports the Area Sales Manager in creating distributor orders and monitors achievement of distributor purchasing targets.
  • Responsible for sales (distributor purchases and field sales), distribution, and visibility of B-F products.
  • Ensures optimal stock levels at sales points and ensures products are displayed in compliance with B-F standards, legal recommendations, and internal regulations.
  • Responsible for implementing brands according to defined planograms and positioning POSM materials in the best possible way.
  • Ensures budgets allocated for activities are applied appropriately and efficiently, in line with installation mechanics, deadlines, and applicable company standards.
  • Responsible for including potential new OT channel sales points operating in their region in coverage. Provides guidance to teams of B-F business partners in this regard.
  • Opens and/or closes On-Trade channel sales points in the system according to company standards.
  • Conducts regional analyses to increase sales of B-F brands and support achievement of company objectives, develops action plans, and implements these plans together with teams of B-F business partners.
  • Ensures proper implementation of sales campaigns/promotional activities.
  • Holds regular meetings with sales teams of B-F business partners. Provides guidance to sales teams in line with company strategies.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Submits expected data, reports, and activity evaluations on time, according to company standards and procedures.
  • Regularly reads corporate emails and responds in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for timely reporting through Panorama and, if applicable, Vispera (collecting data on B-F products, market data, data on serviced customers, and information on competitors' activities in the market).
  • Holds regular meetings with the On-Trade Channel Manager to provide feedback on work status.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer database in their region accurately and up-to-date.
  • Aligns investments with company strategic objectives.
  • Maintains operations in responsible territory in compliance with company standards.
  • Guarantees responsible territory consistently achieves top-tier results.
  • Regularly monitors performance of investments in their territory.
  • Acts as Brand Ambassador for B-F portfolio. Coordinates preparation and delivery of specific product training for sales staff of B-F business partners.
