We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at TTI Europe.
Your primary focus will be on selling company products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory, developing and securing new businesses to expand the customer base and increase potential sales.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers.
- Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts to stay ahead in the market.
- Min 5+ years of sales experience in the electronic component industry.
- Eager to grow on your career path by improving Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation Skills.
- Self Motivation and Adaptability is a must.
- Completed professional technical and/or commercial education.
- Strong analytical and sales methodology skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach is essential.
- Fluent Turkish and good English in both speaking and writing.
- Team Collaboration, you excel with your outstanding communication and presentation skills not only with external customers, also internal ones.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office applications.
